Improvement of Clutch Cover Assembly Line Based on Lean Production

基于精益生产的思想,采用工业工程分析方法对离合器装配线进行产品生产流程分析、生产线平衡分析、双人作业活动分析,并此基础上提出了改善生产线平衡的方法。通过改善前后的数据对比得出改善结果:生产线平衡率得到较大提高、产品的生产节拍大大降低、生产线的产能得到显著提高。

A series of analysis about assembly line of clutch cover assembly was carried out based on lean production. The analysis were put forward to improve the line balancing. The analysis involves produce process, analyses of line balancing and two handed operation chart. The production line balancing rate was greatly improved, cycle time was greatly reduced, productivity of the production line had been significantly improved through the comparison of data before and after improvement.
