摘要
针对珠海某球团UDD电除尘器在较短时间内发生阳极板、阴极线等内部关键零部件大量腐蚀脱落现象,结合现场实际和理论分析,归纳总结出该现象发生的可能原因。出于成本考虑,该厂在球团原料中增加布袋除尘灰、烧结机机头除尘灰、炼钢厂污泥等成分,导致烟气中超细粉尘重金属离子富集,催化氧化SO2,导致SO3含量升高。同时,烟气温度降低到酸露点以下,也是除尘器内部发生大面积腐蚀的主要原因。
Aiming at macro-corrosion phenomenon of some internal key parts, such as positive plate, cathode lines and other parts of Lower Temperature EP in a relatively short time. Possible reasons for this phenomenon can be summarized up by scene situations and theoretical analysis. Considering the costs, bag-type dust collector, head of ash sintering machine dust removal, steel mills removing the sludge and so on are added to the pellet feed, which cause the gathering of heavy metal ions of the super fine dusts of flue gases and the increasing of SOs contents because of the catalytic oxidation of SO2. At the same time, the main reasons of mass corrosions of ESP are mainly caused by the phenomenon of the flue gas temperature falling to below the acid dew point.
