摘要 薄壁曲面铝合金折叠器加工过程中容易产生变形,影响加工精度。通过分析零件结构特性,得出加工难点。随后结合数控机床选择,工艺路线确定,专用工装设计和选用合适刀具,这四个方面逐步解析,并逐一进行解决。最终使用正交试验法得出最佳切削参数,得到了降低变形量,提高加工效率的解决方法。 Aluminum alloy folding device with curved structure is prone to deIbrmation which affects the machining accuracy during processing. By analyzing the structural properties of the part, the processing difficulties are obtained. Then cond)ined with the selection of NC lathe, the determination of process, the designation of clamping and the selection of suitable tools, these four aspects are analyzed and resolved gradually. Finally the best cutting parameters is obtained by the orthogonal test, A total solution to reducing deformation and improving processing efficiency can be used eventually.
