摘要
为解决传统汽车空调电磁离合器性能试验系统存在的功能单一、准确度低、自动化程度不高等问题,系统运用虚拟仪器技术及相关设备,设计汽车空调压缩机用电磁离合器耐久性自动试验系统。阐述了系统的总体结构,从硬件和软件两个方面说明了系统的设计方案,实现了在不同转速、不同转矩、不同离合频率下测试电磁离合器的耐久性,对试验过程中的电磁离合器相关参数进行采集、显示、存储和分析。通过实际操作说明,系统工作稳定、运行性能良好,达到了设计目的。
All the conventional electromagnetic clutch test systems possess the common characteristics of simple functionality,low accuracy,and low degree of automation.In this paper,a new test system is introduced based on virtual instrument technology and its related equipments is designed tor the test of the electromagnetie clutch used in the compressor of an automotive air-conditioner.h is elaborated in this paper the system architecture, the system design from the aspects of hardware and software. With this test system,the eleetromagnetie clutch durability and vibration resistance test can be performed at different rotation speeds,variable torque and frequent clutch environment. In fact, the test system is stable, running with good performance and finished eventually.
