摘要 负载模拟器通过弹性元件变形产生的弹性力来模拟工作负载,弹性元件需在弹性变形范围内工作,且弹性元件疲劳特性要求很高。负载模拟器在测试时,各扭杆发生变形比较复杂,不是简单的弯曲或扭转变形。文中利用有限元法,计算得到某型负载模拟器的刚度及疲劳寿命,指出此类模拟器的设计与制造要点。 The load can simulator simulate the work load by the elastic force which is generated by the elastic: element. The elastic element should work in the range of elastic deformation, and the fatigue properties of elastic element must be very high. In the test,the torsion deformation of torsion bars is not single bending or torsion deformation. The rigidity and fatigue life of a type of load simulator were calculated by using the finite element method, and some key points were pointed out, to design and produce this type of simulator.
