摘要
针对唐山市电动汽车重点实验室前期研制的微型观光旅游电动汽车转弯行驶时产生较严重侧倾、较大幅度摆动等问题,以多体动力学理论为基础,在虚拟样机软件ADAMS中建立电动汽车整车模型。在Car模块中设置汽车稳态回转试验参数界面,进行定转向盘转角仿真。在ADAMS/Postprocessor中绘制汽车侧倾角、侧向加速度等参数变化曲线并进行分析和评价,得出此微型观光旅游电动汽车操纵稳定性能。基于以上仿真分析,为进一步对此电动汽车进行操纵稳定性优化提供一定理论依据和方向。
The micro tourism electric vehicle of Tangshan electric vehicle key laboratory has a serious roll angle, a big swing when turning. Based on multi body dynamics theory, a full vehicle model is built in ADAMS. Auto steady turning test parameters is set in the Car module interface, the steering wheel Angle is simulated. In ADAMS/Postprocessor, parameters curve of vehicle roll angle, lateral acceleration are analyzed and drawn, the handling stability of micro tourism electric vehicle is obtained. The simulation analysis provides theory basis optimization of the electric vehicle handling stability.
