摘要
以椭圆曲线轮廓的加工为例,分析了逼近圆弧半径的选取方法,编制了圆弧逼近加工椭圆曲线轮廓的用户宏程序。结果表明,相同条件下,圆弧逼近加工可获得更高的精度和表面质量。
Taking the elliptic contour as an example, the seletion methods of the approximation radius are discussed. Macro program of elliptic curve contour's arc approximation machining are programmed . The result indicates that higher accuracy quality and surface qualities may be achieved by arc approximation machining under the same conditions.
