摘要
针对当前更换增速箱时成本高的问题,介绍了一种可独立拆装增速箱辅助系统的组成结构及其工作原理。运用ANSYS软件对关键零件进行校核。与传统方法进行对比,验证了该辅助系统的切实合理性。
For the current problem of high costs for the replacement gearbox, this paper presents an independent auxiliary system, to dismount the gearbox. The structure of the auxiliary system and its working principle are introduced. Then finite element method is used to check a key part based on ANSYS. By comparison with traditional method, the effectiveness of the auxiliary system is proved.
