变速箱是设备的重要部件,以LabVIEW为工具开发了变速箱振动检测系统,对变速箱的故障特征进行分析,并结合油液分析技术综合评价变速箱的工作状态,达到实时检测变速箱的目的。

The gearbox is the important parts of the device. The gearbox vibration detection system is developed based on LabVIEW. Gearbox failure characteristics are combined with oil analysis to assess working state of gearbox. Real- time detection of gearbox is achieved.
