摘要
为了提高发动机的清洁度,针对传统清洗机存在的问题,提出柔性机器人清洗方案,通过分析柔性机器人清洗机的设备构造及特点,制定了清洗的工作流程,并采用传统通过式清洗机和柔性机器人清洗机这两种清洗方式对发动机进行清洗,清洗结果表明:柔性机器人清洗机的可移植性高,提高了生产效率;有效地提高缸体和瓶盖清洁度,进而提高发动机的使用寿命;降低成本和节能。
In order to improve the cleanliness of the engine, the problem of traditional washing machine, flexible robot cleaning solution is proposed. Through the analysis of flexible robot cleaner equipment structure and characteristics, a cleaning workflow is developed. Traditional washing machines and flexible robot are both applied to clean the engine, cleaning results prove the high portability of flexible robot cleaning function. Production efficiency is improved. Cylinder and cap cleanliness is improved. The life of the engine is increased, cost and energy efficient is reduced.
