文章从病因病机、诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗经验等几个方面对孙自学教授诊治急性附睾炎进行论述。孙师认为本病多因感受寒湿或湿热,或嗜食肥甘,或房事不节,或跌扑外伤等引起。与肝、肾二经密切相关。诊断应症状和体征相结合,同时结合现代仪器检查。治疗主张中西医结合、内治与外治相结合,对防止附睾结节出现有独到之处。

This paper discusses professor Sun Zixue＇ s experience of treating acute epididymitis from aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment regimes. According to professor Sun, common causes of acute epididymitis include cold, dampness or humid weather, excessive greasy and sweet food, excessive sex, and trauma. Closely related to liver and kidney, a- cute epididymitis should be diagnosed with a combination of symptoms, signs and checks by modern equipment. As for treatment, Sun advocates the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, plus the combination of internal medicine and external medicine.
