摘要
分析了基于有线电视网开展视频监控业务的优势和迫切性,提出了有线电视网视频监控服务模式,包括专有的视频监控服务、开放式视频监控服务和存储托管服务。建立了基于背景流量的视频监控服务模型,测算了基于有线电视网开展不同场景的视频监控业务的带宽占用情况,并基于此总结出有线电视运营商开展视频监控业务的网络规划建议。
The advantages and urgency of deploying video surveillance on cable network are analyzed in this paper, and several service patterns of video surveillance, including special video surveillance, public video surveillance and hosted video are defined. A seivice mode based on existing flow is built and the bandwidth the services used is calculated. Finally, some proposals about network plan for cable MSO on developing video surveillance on cable network are put forward.
