摘要
通过分析全国天气预报电视会商青岛局系统的建设背景和要求,对该局会商系统进行了总体规划,进而设计了适用于多会场模式的会商系统。详细介绍了该系统的功能流程,并分析了视频、音频、VGA等信号的传输流程,对信号的灵活交互性、双路由冗余、主机可靠性、备份机制、硬件选型以及系统调试等作了详细的介绍。通过实际运行验证,系统设计合理,运行稳定,可以根据需求启用4种会场召开模式,多路视频及VGA信号切换流程清晰,声音无啸叫杂响,使青岛市气象局可更直接、快速地参与全国电视会商,提高了青岛市气象预报服务效果,发挥了良好的社会效益。
Through the analysis of the construction background and requirement for National Weather-forecast Video Conference System in Qingdao Mereorelogical Bereau, the overall plan based on multi-venue mode is designed. The function process is analyzed with detailed transmission process of video, audio, VGA signal. And the design traits such as signal interactivity & flexibility, dual routing redundancy, host reliability, backup mechanism, hardware selection and system debugging are also introduced. The system is verified to be reasonable in design, and can provide stable operation to hold meeting with 4-venue-mode on demand in actual work. The effect shows that multi-video and VGA signals can be switched clearly, and sound signals transferred without whistle and noise, which makes Qingdao Meteorological Bureau participate in the national video conference more directly and fast. It improves the weather-forecast service in Qingdao and brings much benefit to society.
