摘要
建设项目施工过程中会排放出大量温室气体,因此施工建造阶段是建筑全生命周期排放评估中的重要组成部分。本文基于建筑全生命周期理论(Life Cycle Assessment,LCA),结合绿色施工评价框架和施工管理技术,以施工单位为主体界定了施工阶段温室气体排放核算范围;以施工单元过程为核心,施工项目分级与集成为辅助,建立了其清单分析过程;并在以上工作基础上,构建了施工阶段温室气体排放核算数学模型,最终确立了施工阶段温室气体排放核算框架,为客观鉴别施工活动的碳排放情况奠定了基础。
A large amount of greenhouse gases will be emitted during the construction of a construction project,and therefore, construction stage is an important part of the assessment on emissions during the construction life cycle. Based on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) theory on buildings ,this paper defined with construction unit as the subject the scope of accounting of greenhouse gas emissions in the construction stage with consideration of green construction assessment framework and construction management technology, established an analysis process for its list with construction unit as the core and gradation and integration of construction project as a complement,constructed a mathematical model for accounting of greenhouse gas emissions in the construction stage based on the above efforts,and finally determined the accounting framework of greenhouse gas emissions in the construction stage,laying a foundation for objective identification of carbon emissions in the construction activities.
