高职院校“双师型”教师社会服务及成果评价制度剖析——基于利益相关者理论的视角

Analysis on Social Services and Achievement Evaluation System of “Dual-qualification” Teachers in Higher Vocational Schools——From the Perspective of Stakeholder Theory

在对我国高职院校"双师型"教师社会服务及成果评价情况调查的基础上,基于利益相关者理论,对评价制度组建原则、受评客体范围及与评价制度相关的若干问题进行分析,建立高职院校"双师型"教师科学的社会服务及成果评价制度。

Based on the investigation of social services and achievement evaluation system of＂dual-qualification＂teachers in higher vocational schools in China and the stakeholder theory,this paper analyzed the evaluation system established principles,the scope of object under evaluation and assessment system and the issues related to evaluation system,with the aim of establishing the scientific social services and achievement evaluation system of＂dual-qualification＂teachers in higher vocational schools,so as to better service the society.
