热浸镀锌侧吸式烟尘收集装置收集数值的分析与验证 被引量:1

摘要 热浸镀锌锌浴上方的烟尘有污染,目前对烟尘收集装置的吹、吸风口的改进模拟数值缺乏验证。采用计算流体力学(CFD)技术建立了数学模型,运用FLUENT软件分析了侧吸式烟尘收集装置吹、吸风口的速度分布,并以物理实验进行了验证。结果表明:吹、吸式烟尘收集装置能够实现均匀送风和均匀吸风,烟尘收集效果明显。本研究结果对进一步探讨烟尘收集特性提供了理论依据。 With a view to dust pollution above hot-dip galvanizing bath as well as the experimental verification of the numerical simulation of the velocity at the blowing outlet and sucking inlet,computational fluid dynamics was adopted to establish relevant mathematical model,and the FLUENT software was applied to numerically analyze the velocity distributions at the blowing outlet and sucking inlet of lateral suction style dust collection device.The numerical simulation results were verified by physical experiment.Results indicated that the set of blowing and suction dust collection device could achieve uniform supply and uniform suction and exhibited good dust-collecting performance.The present research,hopefully,was to provide theoretical references to further exploration of dust collection features.
