摘要
现有GIS只能对确定性空间目标进行空间关系查询 ,而实际的空间目标数据中含有误差和不确定性 ,使空间目标表现为随机性目标 .为了判断这种随机目标间的空间关系 ,根据集合论思想建立了随机点与随机点、线和面间空间拓扑关系隶属函数 ,从而将已有的定性方法发展为定量方法 ,并通过算例说明了在矢量GIS中根据隶属函数判定空间关系的具体过程 .
Query of spatial relations is one of the most common operations in a vector GIS. Such query can be realized for certain spatial objects in current GIS. However, there are errors and uncertainties in the digital representations of real world objects. In other words, objects in a digital database are almost always random objects. The mathematical sets based membership functions is extended for determining the spatial relations of random objects. These functions can be easily used to determine the topological relations between random objects, for example, the relations between points and points, points and lines, and points and polygons. The specific procedure for applying these functions is demonstrated using several examples commonly found in GIS analysis.
