二分类诊断试验中预测值的比较方法及程序实现

摘要 诊断或筛检试验中，真实情况只有相互排斥的两种情况，如：有病与无病时，通常采用灵敏度和特异度描述试验的准确度。但在临床实践中医生最感兴趣的问题是：试验结果意味着什么？试验结果阳性的患者“有病”的可能性多大？试验结果为阴性的患者“无病”的可能性有多大？
