戊型肝炎病毒和输血安全 被引量：4

摘要 戊型肝炎病毒（hepatitisEvirus，HEV）是引起非甲非乙型急性肝炎的致病因子之一，也是全球主要的肝炎病毒之一。每年全球新发生戊型肝炎急性感染病例高达300万例以上，约有7万人因戊肝感染而致死亡。HEV感染主要发生在一些卫生条件较差的发展中国家，有的地区血清抗．HEVIgG阳性率高达50％。迄今全世界已有50余次HEV爆发或流行，主要发生在中亚、东南亚、北非、南非以及墨西哥等地区。中国是戊型肝炎的高发区之一，
