摘要
针对目前散粮颗粒表面物理特性测试仪器严重缺乏,制约了对散粮颗粒在输送过程中的破碎机理、磨损、能耗、输送效率以及输送特性等方面的深入研究,文章分析了影响散粮颗粒抗破碎能力的影响因素,研究了散粮颗粒抗破碎能力与颗粒表面强度的关系,建立了散粮颗粒强度的理论模型。基于该理论模型,研发出一台散粮颗粒表面强度测试仪。测试仪主要由工作台、手柄、压力传感器、凹槽、螺杆以及紧固螺钉等部分组成,测试仪具有操作方便、结构轻盈、拆装方便、可靠性强等特点。
For the test instruments of the bulk deep research on crushing mechanism, wear, energy pects of the particle bulk grain during transport have grain particle surface physical properties are in serious lack, the consumption, transport efficiency,transport property and other asbeen restricted. The influence of grain bulk grain crushing capac - ity factors was analyzed,the surface strength of particle crushing has been studied, and the theory model of bulk grain strength particles was established in the paper. On this basis, a strength tester of the particle bulk grain surface was developed. The tester is composed of the workbench, the handle, the pressure sensor, the groove, a screw, a fastening screw, etc. The tester has many advantages as easy operate, lightweight structure, easy accessibility, reliability, etc.
