摘要
食品工业废水中含有大量的有机物,直接排放会引起水体的富营养化,而一些微生物则可利用这些废水中的糖类、含氮物质等发酵生产生物柴油和多不饱和脂肪酸,既能减少环境污染,又可实现废物的高值化利用。首先介绍了产油微生物的分布和微生物的产油机理,分析了食品工业中各种废水的营养特点,概述了近年来国内外利用食品工业废水发酵产油脂的研究现状,讨论了目前微生物利用食品工业废水发酵产油脂过程中存在的问题,并对今后发展提出了一些建议。
The food industry waste water contains a large amount of organic matter, and it can cause the eutrophication once discharged into water directly. While some microorganisms can use saccharides and nitrogenous substances of food industrial waste water to produce biodiesel and polyunsaturated fatty acids, thus alleviating the water pollution and realizing high value utilization of waste materials. In this paper, the distribution of oil microbes and the mechanism of the single cell oil were firstly introduced; the characteristics of different kinds of food industry waste water were also described. Secondly, the results of recent researches in oils products from food industrial waste water were introduced. Finally, the problems in these researches were listed, and some suggestions were given.
