摘要
面向信号的自动测试系统开发模型是今后研究的方向,在面向信号系统中资源配置是关键技术之一;从自动测试系统的结构着手,分析系统资源配置中的关键技术,通过ATML对其进行标准化描述,并设计通用化的硬件连接方式,从而实现系统资源的合理分配以达到自动测试的目的;以万用表测试电阻作为实例,验证了将仪器资源、通道资源、被测单元分离描述对优化资源配置的有效性;实际应用表明,通过将人工切换测量仪器的方式替换为直接修改资源配置文件的方式,对于实现测试的自动化拥有更好的灵活性,这对在测试系统上实现物理仪器的扩展和升级具有更加广阔的应用前景。
Signal--oriented automatic test system development model is the direction of future research, the resource allocation in the Signal--oriented system is one of the key technologies. Proceed from the structure of the automatic test system, this paper analyses the criti- cal technologies of the system of resource allocation, and completes its standardize description using ATML, and designs a general--purpose hard ware connection, so as to achieve a reasonable allocation of system resources and automatic test. The effectiveness of separately descri- bing instrument resource, channel resource and UUT in resource allocation is verified by an example as testing using a multimeter. The ex- ample shows that the directly modifying resource allocation files is more flexible. It gets a wide application foreground in the realization of the extending and update of real instruments in test system.
