摘要
为解决船舶机电设备输出角度的测量问题,在分析旋转变压器工作原理的基础上,通过采集卡和计算机构建了虚拟仪器测量系统,应用LabVIEW开发平台实现了软件编译;通过与专用解算芯片测量结果对比相对误差在±5’以内,验证了系统的测量精度符合设计要求,工作可靠,操作简单,成功解决了旋转变压器角度测量不便这一难题。
To solve the problem of ship electrical equipment output Angle measurement, virtual instrument measuring system is estab- lished through the acquisition card and computer on the basis of analyzing the working principle of the rotating transformer, the system is a- chicved by LabVIEW. Accuracy of measurement meets the design requirements proved by the comparing with special decoding chip measure- ment results, the Relative error of ~ 5' or less, the system works reliably and operates simply and plays an important role in the related ship- ping mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and inspection work.
