摘要
设计的CAN总线隔离器测试台是为某CAN总线隔离器配套的专用测试设备,能够模拟飞行器上CAN总线节点以500kbps的传输速度与总线隔离器进行数据交互,同时能够模拟地面控制台以50kbps的速率对总线隔离器发送供配电指令和接收总线隔离器发送的数据,实现对总线隔离器性能进行全面测试;设计选用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)作为逻辑控制器件,以两片新华龙内嵌CAN总线控制器的C8051F040单片机作为与总线隔离器的通信芯片;经多次反复测试,两片C8051F040均能按要求的传输速度与CAN总线隔离器通讯,文章从硬件电路、FPGA逻辑时序及C8051F040波特率设置三个方面介绍了此设计,并给出了试验结果。
In this paper, the CAN bus isolator test platform, which is supporting facility for a CAN bus isolator, can simulate CAN bus node on vehicle interacting data with isolator at 500Kbps. It also can analogue ground console sending data and power supply command and receiving data at 50Kbps. That can achieve a comprehensive test of the performance of the isolator. The design selects of field--programma- ble gate array (FPGA) to control two pieces of C8051F040, which is embedded CAN bus controller and regarded as a bus isolator communi- cation chip. The article introduce the hardware circuit, FPGA logic timing , C8051F040 baud rate setting and test results.
