摘要
作为核级设备鉴定的LOCA(Loss of Coolant Accident,简称LOCA)试验装置,其温度控制具有非线性、时变性、参数变化大等特点,单纯的采用传统的PID控制已不能满足设计精度要求,通过利用AB公司RSLogix5000软件中的PID模块和模糊控制策略,结合现场实际操作经验,提出了一种模糊控制与传统PID控制相结合的控制方法,改善了系统的动态特性,进一步消除了稳态误差,使温度偏差保持在2℃以内,提高了控制精度。
LOCA test facility is very important for qualification test of safety--related functions of equipment in nuclear power stations. But the characteristic of nonlinear, long lag and time varying can increase the overshoot and adjusting time. So by using PID block of RSLogix 5000 of AB company and fuzzy control derived from operating experience, a control method of fuzzy and PID combined is proposed. It im- proves dynamic characteristics and Steady--State Errors of the system within 2℃.
