摘要
均匀的共沉淀前驱体是通过水热法制备单相锰锌铁氧体的前提 .通过加入添加剂 ,制备了无杂相、团聚程度低、结晶度完好、粒度分布窄、粒径为 1 0~ 2 0nm的单相以及具有较好磁性能的锰锌铁氧体纳米晶 .此外 ,对产物进行了热稳定性研究 ,结果表明其具有良好的烧结活性 ,烧结温度在空气中为 870℃ ,在氩气中为 1 1 50℃ .
The effect of additives on the hydrothermal preparation process was studied in this paper. The homogeneous coprecipitation precursors was the precondition of acquiring a single phase MnZn ferrite by hydrothermal mathod. The pure, aggregate free nanometer MnZn ferrite crystallites of good megnetic property were obtained with a size of 10~20 nm and a narrow grain size distribution by additives. The thermal stability study shows that the product has a good sintering activity. The sintering temperature is 870 ℃ in air and 1 150 ℃ in Ar. [
