摘要
按热量计价收费将成为供热供暖工作的重点;为此,对热量计量装置进行了深入研究,提出了一种基于时差法的高精度超声波热量表设计方案;设计选用低功耗μPD78F0485单片机作为微控制器,结合高精度时间测量芯片TDC-GP21,将热量计量主要参数温度和流量的测量全部转换成对时间的测量,简化了测量指标,最终实现数据的采集、处理和传输功能;测试结果表明该超声波热量表测量精度达到了国家2级热量表的行业标准,具有一定的工程价值和良好的应用前景。
Heat--denominated charges will be the focus of the work of the heating system. For this reason, we have done in depth re- search into heat metering device. This paper presents a design of high precision ultrasonic heat meter based on time--difference method, which selects the low power chip ttPDTgF0485 as the microcontroller. With the adoption of high precision time measurement chip TDC-- GP21, it transforms measurements of temperature and flow into measurement of time, which simplifies the measurement. The design finally achieved function of data acquisition, calculation, display and transmission. Test shows that the system is reliable and up to the national sec ond calorimeter industry standards and has a good prospect.
