糖络宁对糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经能量代谢和神经传导速度的影响

摘要 目的:观察糖络宁(TLN)对糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经能量代谢和神经传导速度(NCV)的影响。方法:链脲佐菌素注射建立糖尿病大鼠模型并随机分为模型组和TLN组,另设正常对照组。TLN干预8周,检测坐骨神经MNCV和ATP、Pcr、Cr含量。结果:模型组与正常对照组比较,MNCV显著减慢,Pcr含量以及Pcr:Cr明显减低(P<0.05)。TLN组与模型组比较,MNCV和Pcr含量以及Pcr:Cr显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:TLN能够改善坐骨神经能量代谢,加快NCV,从而发挥其神经保护作用。 Objective :To study the effects of Tang luo ning(TLN) on energy metabolism and nerve conduction velocity of sciatic nerve in diabetic rats. Method :Model of diabetic rats was induced by injection of streptozotocin. The diabetic rats were randomly divided into the model group and TLN group, and normal control group was also set up. After intervention with TLN for 8 weeks, We detected the MNCV and the content of ATP,Pcr,Cr in sciatic nerve. Results:Compared with the normal control group,the MNCV and the content of Pcr and ratio of Pcr: Cr decreased obviously in model group (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the model group,the MNCV and the content of Pcr and ratio of Pcr:Cr increased significantly in TLN group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: TLN can improve the energy metabolism and NCV to perform the neuro-protective effect.
