摘要 目的:观察雪莲细胞培养物对高血脂模型大鼠的降血脂及抗氧化作用。方法:大鼠连续喂服高脂饲料12 d,造成高血脂模型,给予雪莲细胞培养物16.7、33.3、100 mg·kg-1·d-1连续45 d,测定大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、SOD、GSH、MDA、蛋白羰基等含量。结果:雪莲细胞培养物高、中、低剂量组均能明显降低高血脂模型大鼠血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义;雪莲细胞培养物高、中剂量和低剂量组可明显升高SOD含量,中、低剂量组可明显升高GSH含量,同时降低MDA含量,对蛋白羰基含量无明显影响。结论:雪莲细胞培养物具有明显的降血脂作用和一定的抗氧化作用。 Objective: To investigate the blood lipid regulating effects and antioxidant activity of the cell culture of Saussurea involucrate on hyperlipidemia model rats. Methods:Hyperlipidemia rats were induced by being fed with high-fat diet for 12days and were treated with 16.7,33.3,100mg·kg^-1·d^-1 cell culture of Saussurea involucrate. The blood was collected on the 45th day, then the content of serum TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, SOD, GSH, MDA, protein carbonyl were detected. Results : The TC ,TG and LDL-C in serum could be decreased significantly in the hyperlipidemia rats and increased the HDL-C by every dose of the cell culture of Saussurea involucrate. The medium and low dose of cell culture of Saussurea involucrate could increase content of SOD, GSH , decrease content of MDA, but had no effect on protein carbonyl. Conclusion:The cell culture of Saussurea involucrate has an effect on regulating blood lipid and resisting oxidation.
