水蛭、斑蝥含药血清对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)的增殖作用影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨促成肿瘤生长从没有血管的缓慢生长阶段变为有血管的快速增殖阶段的关键环节。方法:本实验是在前期探讨中药水蛭、斑蝥对CAM血管生成影响和对小鼠移植肉瘤血管形成影响的基础上,进一步探讨其对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)增殖作用的影响。结果:水蛭、斑蝥含药血清均有抑制人脐静脉血管内皮细胞增殖的作用,而斑蝥的抑制作用更明显。
