调乳达泰方治疗乳腺增生病的临床及影像学观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Medicine Tiaorudatai in the Treatment of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

目的:观察中药调乳达泰方对乳腺增生病的治疗效果。方法:按门诊就诊的先后顺序把120例明确诊断的乳腺增生症患者分为2组,治疗组60例,对照组60例。2组分别采用自拟中药调乳达泰方口服和西药三苯氧胺片口服。通过症状体征、乳腺钼靶片的变化以及复发情况评价疗效。结果:治疗组症状体征方面疗效评价,治愈率和总有效率分别为60%和95.0%;对照组分别为50%和80%。治疗组钼靶X线片变化疗效评价,治愈率和总有效率分别为68.3%、98.3%,对照组分别为51.7%和81.7%。2组患者6个月后复发率评价,治疗组为10%,对照组30%。结论:中药调乳达泰方口服对乳腺增生病疗效肯定,可在临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of Chinese medicine tiaorudatai in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods： 120 patients diagnosed with mammary gland hyperplasia were divided into control group（60 cases） and treatment group（60 cases） according to the time that the patients came to the outpatient service. The treatment group were given Chinese medicine Tiaorudafang, the control group were given west medicine Tamoxifen. According to the changes of symptoms and signs, breast molybdenum target X-ray film of the two groups and the relapse were compared the curative effects. Results：60% were cured and 95.0% were effective in treatment group. 50% were cured and 80% were effective in control group. The curative effects of treatment group according to the change of Molybdenum target X-ray film ,68.3% were cured and 98.3% were effective. 51.7% were cured and 81.7% were effective in control group. After six months the relapse rate of the two groups , 10% were in treatment group and 30% in control group. Conclusion： The Chinese medicine tiaorudatai is effective in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia. It has the clinical popularization and application.
