香连金黄软膏乙醇提取及蒸馏提取挥发油工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:优选香连金黄软膏乙醇提取与挥发油提取工艺,并探讨采取蒸馏提取挥发油对姜黄素、橙皮苷成分含量的影响。方法:采取水蒸气蒸馏法,以收油量为指标单因素考察收集挥发油。通过正交试验,以姜黄素、橙皮苷、干膏率为指标成分,乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间及提取次数为考察因素优选醇提工艺。结果:醇提优选工艺为70%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1h,溶剂8倍量(姜黄粉碎粒径为10目)。挥发油提取优选工艺为姜黄粉碎粒径为10目,加入8倍量水,提取5h,不浸泡。提取挥发油使姜黄素提取率下降约21.47%,橙皮苷提取率上升约18.08%。结论:醇提工艺合理、稳定、可行。采取水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油对姜黄素提取率有一定影响。 Objective:To optimize the ethanol extraction process and Volatile oils extraction process of Xiang Lian Jin Hang oint- ment. The effect of Volatile oils? distilling to the concent of curcumin and Hesperidin was discussed. Methods: With amount of Volatile oils as indexes, Volatile oils which were extracted by steam distillation and optimized by one factor test, With extraction a- mount of curcumin , extraction rate and Hesperidin as indexes ,effects of the concentration of ethanol,extraction time the amount of ethanol and extraction times on alcohol extraction technology was investigated by orthogonal test ; Results: The alcohol extraction method is 3 times the amount of 70~ ethanol by 1 h per time. (rhizome curcumae longae is was grinding degree 10 mesh) . The opti- mum extraction of volatile oil was grinding degree 10 mesh of rhizome curcumae longae,8 times of water and distillated for 5h with vapour ,no soaking. After distilling Volatile oils, The extraction rate of Curcumin decrease 21.47% Hesperidin increased 18.08%. Conclusion:The optimal extraction process is reasonable, stable and practicable. To adopt the way of distilling have certain effect for the extraction rate of Curcumin.
