正交试验设计优化沙棘总黄酮提取工艺 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过比较超声、索氏及回流提取三种方法的黄酮得率,确定最佳沙棘黄酮提取方法,再确定该法萃取沙棘黄酮的最优工艺条件。方法:通过单因素和L9(34)正交实验设计进行提取工艺优化。结果:超声法优于索氏和回流提取法,超声法最优工艺为:提取功率60W,甲醇提取2次,每次1h,料液比1∶8。结论:超声提取法具有黄酮产率高、省时、简便、溶剂用量少等优点。 Objective:To compare ultrasound, Soxhlet and reflux extraction yield of flavonoids of three methods to determine the best extraction method and optimum of seabuckthorn flavonoids. Methods: Through single factor and orthogonal experimental method to do comparative study. Results: Ultrasonic method is superior to Soxhlet and reflux extraction, ultrasonic optimal process: extraction power 60w, methanol extract two times, each time l h, solid-liquid ratio 1:8. Conclusion:The ultrasonic ex- traction has flavonoids high yield, saving, simple, less solvent, etc.
