清热解毒活血通络法治疗类风湿性关节炎临床研究

The Use of Detoxification Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Huoxuetongluo Experience

目的:探究清热解毒活血通络法对类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取类风湿性关节炎患者130例,随机分为两组,对照组65例采用常规西医治疗,观察组65例在对照组治疗基础上给予清热解毒活血通络中医辅助治疗,观察并记录两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:观察组类风湿性关节炎患者经常规治疗与清热解毒活血通络法综合治疗后,其疼痛改善情况、ESR与CRP变化、临床有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取清热解毒活血通络法治疗类风湿性关节炎具有较高的临床价值,可显著提高患者治疗效果,保障患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Qingre Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo method of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 130 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group was given Qingre Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, observe and record the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results： the group of patients with rheumatoid arthri- tis often routine treatment with heat-clearing and detoxicating and activating blood and collaterals comprehensive treatment, the pain to im- prove the situation, ESR and CRP changes, the clinical effective rate was significantly better than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclu- sion：take Qingre Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has a very high clinical value, can signifi- cantly improve the treatment effect, guarantee the quality of life of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
