生活方式干预对空腹血糖调节受损患者胰岛β细胞功能影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察生活方式干预对空腹血糖调节受损(IFG)患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法:选取60例空腹血糖受损(IFG)者,将其随机分为干预组与对照组各30例,干预组给予生活方式干预,包括健康教育、饮食干预与运动干预,对照组不做任何干预。采用HOMA-IR评价胰岛素抵抗,HOMA-β及ΔI30/ΔG30分别评价基础状态下及糖负荷后的早时相胰岛β细胞功能。比较观察1年以后患者体重指数、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和胰岛β细胞功能的变化,从而观察生活方式干预对空腹血糖调节受损患者β细胞功能的影响。结果:干预组干预1年后BMI、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β及△I30/△G30较干预前均有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组相比,各指标也存在显著性差异,而对照组虽然各指标均增加,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:对空腹血糖调节受损(IFG)患者进行生活方式干预,明显改善胰岛β细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗,使第一时相胰岛素分泌缺陷得到恢复,从而预防2型糖尿病的发生,降低转化为糖尿病的风险。 Objective:To evaluate islet beta cell function in patient with impaired fasting glucose by lifestyle intervention. Meth- ods: 60 patients with impaired fasting glucose in our hospital were collected and divided into lifestyle intervention group and control group,lifestyle interventions waere applied to all of them,including learning knowledge of health, dietary controland exercises. BMI, FBG,FINS, HOMA-IR, HOMA β and△I30/AG30 were also measured after 1 years of therapy. Results: there was significantly difference in BMI, FPG, FINS, HOMA IR, HOM△-β and △I30/AG30 (P〈0.05) , after 1 years lifestyle intervention. Conclusion : Lifestyle intervention can effectively improve islet beta cell function and insulin resistance,early indexes of insulin secretion were re- covery, At the same time, prevent the occurrence of type 2 diabetes, reduce into diabetes risk.
