摘要
对屋面板采用自攻螺钉与檩条上翼缘相连且设置两根拉条的简支檩条,在风吸力作用下的应力和变形进行分析,并与有限元分析结果进行对比。分析发现,绕上翼缘扭转的理论能够比较准确地预测下翼缘的侧向变形、拉条反力和非拉条附近的屋面板反力。拉条截面下翼缘卷边的压应力最大,采用EC3方法计算的压应力与ANSYS的结果符合;拉条截面上翼缘卷边的拉应力最大,必须考虑畸变的影响,且必须采用弯扭理论求解并计算出拉条反力,才能引入畸变正应力。
It was analyzed the stress and deformation of a simple purlin with two sag rods under wind suction , whose roof sheets were connected to the upper flange of the purlin by self-drilled screws;the analytic results were compared with those of FEA.It was found by the analyses that the theory of twisting about upper flange could predict more accurately the lateral deformation of the lower flange , the reaction of the sag rod , and the reaction of the roof sheets close to the non-sag rod zone .There was a maximum compressive stress at the lower flange lip on the section of the sag rod, whose result calculated by EC 3 method agreed well with that of ANSYS;there was a maximum tensile stress at the upper flange lip on the section of the sag rod , hence the effect of the distortional deformation must be taken into account .In such case the theory of bending and twisting must be used to calculate the reaction of the sag rod , only then can the positive stress due to the distortional deformation be introduced .
