基于车牌照的公路OD调查分析软件系统

OD Survey Analysis Software Based on Car License

基于面向轨迹的调查理念,提出了基于车牌照进行公路网OD调查的技术思路;考虑到基于车牌照的公路OD调查的数据整理、数据处理、数据分析、成果呈现、数据应用的全部环节,基于ArcGIS开发组件,设计构建了公路网OD调查分析系统ODSASPHN,阐明了该系统的设计理念、核心功能、平台架构与实现。ODSASPHN系统的应用可确保公路OD调查、处理、分析全过程的可视、可查、可管、可控。

Under the direction of ＂Tracking-Oriented＂ survey idea, the method of OD survey for highway network based on car license is proposed. Considering data collection, processing, analysis,presentation and application, the OD survey analysis software on plate number for highway network （ODSASPHN） is architected based on ArcGIS platform, including design concept, core functions, architecture and implementation. Operation results show that ODSASPHN can ensure the whole procedure of OD survey, process and analysis being controllable, manageable, queryable and visible.
