新型热固性环氧沥青固化体系制备与性能研究 被引量:11

摘要 环氧沥青是一种性能优异的热固性铺面沥青材料,在钢桥面铺装等领域已得到大量应用,但现有环氧沥青存在铺装工艺难度大、低温韧性较差以及材料成本较高等问题.阐述了一种新型低成本热固性环氧沥青,并对其固化过程中的黏度增长、浇铸体的力学性能、黏弹性以及混合料马歇尔强度进行了研究.结果表明该热固性环氧沥青不仅能够在165℃条件下保持小于1Pa·S的低黏度状态180 min以上,而且其浇铸体拉伸强度(3.34 MPa)和断裂伸长率(449%)远高于现有各种环氧沥青,具有良好的相容性和较高的储能模量;混合料容留时间可达3~5 h,且具有79.67 kN的马歇尔稳定度,是一种有望用于高载荷复杂交通环境下的高性能、低成本热固性沥青铺面材料. Epoxy asphalt is an excellent thermosetting material used in paving industry for its higher mechanical properties than other asphalt paving materials..However, poor processability during building, brittleness at low temperature and high cost are still intractable problems for existing epoxy asphalts. In this paper, a high performance and low cost novel curing system for epoxy asphalt has been invented, and viscosity development, compatibility, mechanical properties and viscoelastic properties of this epoxy asphalt are investigated. It can be {ound that our novel epoxy asphalt not only has lower viscosity, higher tensile strength (3.34 MPa) and elongation at break (449&) than existing epoxy asphalts, but also has good compatibility and high modulus. Reserved time of this epoxy asphalt mixture can keep over 3-5 hours, and the Marshall stability of the cured mixture can reach 79.67 kN. The epoxy asphalt prepared by this novel invented curing system is a high performance and low cost paving material which can be used in high load complex environment.
