Optimal Configuration of Multi-Type Distributed Generators in Distribution Network Based on NSGA-II Algorithm

摘要 为了合理配置分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)发挥其综合效益,建立了以最小化接入成本、最小化配电网与系统的交互功率和最大化静态电压稳定性为目标的配电网DG多目标优化配置模型。在分析DG接入位置、有功出力、无功出力以及接入方法等因素对配电网影响的基础上,形成了模型的电压约束、潮流约束、线路载流量约束以及DG的容量约束,采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法和前推回代法求解模型。算例结果表明,DG配置方案能达到经济、技术、安全三方面最优。深入探讨给出分布式电源优化配置的建议。 In order to maximize the comprehensive benefit of the distributed generator (DG) , the DG allocation optimization model is proposed with the multiple objectives, such as minimizing the assess cost and transmission power between system and distribution network, and maximizing static voltage stability. After analyzing the influencing factors like access location, active power output, reactive power output and connection method of grid-connected DGs, the model constraints on voltage, power flow, carrying capacity of current transmission lines and DG capacity are de- fined simultaneously. The mathematical model is realized based on NSGA-lI and Forward-backward sweep method. The simulation results show that DG configuration schemes can achieve the optimization on economy, technology and security. Finally, the recommendations on DG optimal configuration are proposed based on further studies.
