Joint Scheduling Optimization Model for Multi-type Generation Resources Under Emission Constraints

摘要 优化发电资源联合调度对于电力系统经济运行、实现节能减排目标有着重要意义。为比较不同调度目标和约束条件下多类型发电资源调度模型的经济和环境效益,综合考虑了机组出力、发电资源、污染排放等方面的约束条件,分别以煤耗量最低和污染物排放量最小为目标建立了合同电量、理想节能发电调度及两种调度方式相互合作的调度优化模型。在此基础上,提出了发电资源调度效益评价模型,利用风电、水电、火电机组实际数据进行算例仿真。算例结果显示,合作模式下的发电资源联合调度优化模型能综合合同电量、理想节能发电调度模型的优点,明显减少污染物排放,产生最少的弃风、弃水量,整体发电利润分别高出另外两种模型5.5%和1.5%,从而获取更高的综合效益。 To optimize joint scheduling of generation resources is of great significance for the economic operation of power system and the energy-saving and emission-reduction targets. This paper compares the economic and environ- mental benefits of multi-type generation resources scheduling models under different scheduling objectives and con- straints, and takes into account the constraints of unit output, generation resources and pollution emission. Then the scheduling optimization models are established for the contract power, ideal energy-saving generation and the joint scheduling. Thereupon the evaluation model is presented for power generation resource scheduling effectiveness, then the data of wind power, hydropower and thermal power units is used in the simulation calculation. The results show that the joint scheduling optimization model can significantly reduce the discharge of pollutants, produce the least abandoned wind and water, and that the overall power generation profit is 5.5% and 1.5% higher than the other two models respectively, obtaining more comprehensive benefits.
