摘要
北京西路—华夏西路电力电缆隧道内部设计为分上下两层。下层为柱结构,有现浇、预制、钢柱三种方案,通过价值工程比选分析,本工程采用了预制构件,并使用自行研制的专用多功能台车,实现了多规格的预制构件在隧道内吊运、拼装的快速施工,既降低工程成本,又大幅度缩短了施工周期,为今后类似工程提供了借鉴。
There are two layers in the design of cable tunnel internal structure form Beijing West Road to Huaxia West Road. Three schemes are proposed for the columnar lower-level structure,namely,cast-in-situ,prefabrication and steel columns. Through the comparativen analysis of value engineering,the project adopted the prefabricated components. During the tunnel rapid construction,the self-developed special multifunctional vehicle was utilized for the lifting and assembling of the prefabricated components with various specifications,which can not only reduce the engineering cost,but also greatly shorten the construction period,providing the reference for future similar projects.
