摘要
介绍了新能源发电行业的发展现状,运用问卷调研法对新能源发电企业人才继续教育工作中具体影响因素进行调查,归纳了新能源发电企业人才继续教育工作中存在的问题,并提出解决对策。
This paper introduces the status quo of new energy power generation industry development, investigated the specific influencing factors for the personnel continuing education in the form of questionnaire. Then the relevant problems are summarized and the countermeasures are proposed.
