摘要
随着自主学习的研究和发展,教师自主的研究也日渐受到人们的关注。本文在回顾和评价国内外关于教师自主内涵研究文献的基础上,对教师自主的内涵结构进行进一步的透视,力图对之进行解构后的关系重构,整合出教师自主的概念架构,进一步廓清教师自主的概念,为后续的教师自主其他方面的研究提供一些思路。
With the development of research on learner autonomy, teacher autonomy has come into deep concern of researchers and practitioners. Unfortunately, related studies at home and abroad have just started and are yet to develop in full swing. There still exist lots of disputes and some one - sided ideas about the concept. The paper, based on a review of existing literature, tries to deconstrnct and reconstruct the concept and sketch a conceptualization framework, providing some thoughts for future studies on teacher autonomy.
