摘要
如果说里斯本战略为欧盟确立了面向21世纪知识经济的总体发展目标,那么"核心素养"则构筑了欧盟新教育的主轴,描绘了教育进步的共同愿景。作为系统化变革的"顶层设计","核心素养"不仅为欧盟新世纪的教育与培训系统确立了以素养为核心的目标体系,更使各成员国的教育政策的制定,特别是课程改革,有了可供参照的框架和方向。欧盟"核心素养"建构的历程和结果,对我国学科能力结构研究和课程改进具有启迪意义。
The Lisbon Strategy set up the overall development goals and strategies of EU for the 21st century, and the Key Competences framed the axis of the new education of EU and described a common vision accordingly. As an "overarching design" for a systematic change, the Key Competences serves not only as a core of the objectives for EU' s education and training system in the new century but also provides a reference framework and the direction for member country' s educational policy making, especially for curriculum reform. The Key Competences formation process and its consequences are expected to enlighten the exploration on discipline abilities and curriculum improvement in China.
