西部民族地区基础教育发展的问题及对策思考——以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例

The Problem and Countermeasure of the Basic Education development in Western Minority Regions:Taking An Example of Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in Southeastern of Guizhou

黔东南位于贵州东南部,是世居苗族、侗族的聚居地,近几年民族教育改革和发展取得了一些引人注目的成就,受少数民族地区经济欠发达,人们传统思想观念等因素影响,教育事业的发展依然面临许多困难与问题。转变教育观念,加大教育经费投入,加强师资队伍建设,调整整体教育结构,以促进西部少数民族地区教育及经济协调的发展。

Qian Dongnan lies in the southeast of Guizhou Province, which is the largest living place of Miao and Dang minority. In recently years, the national .education development and reform make an outstanding achievement, fiut because of underdeveloped economy in minority regions and people＇ s relatively undeveloped ideas, education faces lots of difficulty and problems. Therefore, we should change the ideas of education and increase the fund of education, enforce the building of faculty, and adjust the whole education structure so as to promote the education of western minority regions and coordinative development of economy.
