利用CALPUFF大气扩散模式对氟化物总量控制研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON THE TOTAL AMOUNT CONTROL OF FLUORIDE USING CALPUFF ATMOSPHERIC DIFFUSION MODEL

摘要 简单介绍了CALPUFF大气扩散模式的组成结构及基本原理,以包头市为例,对包头市大气氟化物污染进行现状模拟,准确得到各污染源对各控制点的浓度贡献,并分析其浓度贡献率。为了有效的控制氟污染现象,利用CALPUFF大气扩散模式对包头市城区大气氟污染进行总量控制研究,通过各污染源的浓度贡献率进行排氟削减,给出目标值的允许排放量,达到包头市排氟总量的控制目标。最终计算结果表明:包头市2010年氟化物的允许排放总量为2 074.8t,削减量为581.8 t,削减率为21.9%。 It was briefly presented the structure and principle of CALPUFF model, which was applied in the plan of Baotou air fluoride pollution simulation. It could be got the concentration of each control point contributions of various pollution sources accurately, and analyzed its concentration contribution rate. In order to effectively control the fluoride pollution phenomenon, CALPUFF atmospheric diffusion model was used to study Baotou atmospheric fluoride pollution total amount control, by the concentration of the pollution contribution rate of each fluorine cuts. Then it was given a target value that allows emissions up to Baotou total fluoride control target. Calculation results finally showed that after the implementing of recent program, the permitted fluoride emission was 2074. 8 tons, with the reduction of 581.8 tons, the reduction rate was 21.9% at Baotou City in 2010.
