摘要
采用响应面法对双极膜电渗析分离发酵液中乳酸的工艺条件进行了优化。根据四元二次中心组合原理设计实验确定最佳分离条件,并对各工艺条件之间的交互影响进行了研究。结果表明:乳酸的最佳分离条件为:电压22.74V,进料体积比为1.63,出料室初始乳酸浓度为12.58g/L,流量为25.88L/h。升高电压的同时减小流量,或者降低出料室初始乳酸浓度的同时降低进料体积比,均有利于提高乳酸回收率。
The operation parameters of lactic acid separation from fermentation liquid with bipolar membrane electrodialysis were optimized with RSM. The optimal conditions were investigated with center conmbination principle and the interaction of parameters was also studied. The optimal conditions were voltage 22.74V, feed volume ratio 1.63, initial lactic acid concentration of the product chamber 12.58g/L, flow rate 25.88L/h. Reducing the flow rate under higher voltage, or decreasing the feed volume ratio with lower initial lactic acid concentration of product chamber can increase the lactic acid recovery.
