溢油应急浮式设备库功能定位及设备配置

FUNCTIONAL LOCALIZATION AND EQUIPMENT CONFIGURATION OF THE FLOATING OIL SPILL EQUIPMENT DEPOT

依据溢油应急浮式设备库建设目的,进行了其功能定位的论述,得出了浮式设备库需具备平台承载、溢油应急处置和辅助三大功能;根据《国家船舶溢油应急设备库设备配置管理规定》,提出了对抗50 t级溢油事故的溢油应急浮式设备库设备配置类型及数量,并核算了设备库溢油应急处置能力和提出了主要设备技术要求。

Based on the construction purpose of the floating oil spill equipment depot, the functional localization of the depot is discussed. The depot should have the three functions of the paltform, the emergency disposal and the assistor. According to ＂The Regulations of the Equipment Configuration for the State Ship Oil Spill Equipment Depot＂, the type and the quantity of the equipment configuration were proposed. The responding capacity of the depot was checked and the technical requirement of the mein equipment was put forward.
