摘要
温度对垃圾RDF中Hg、As、Cd的挥发影响很明显,而对Pb、Zn、Cu的影响要小,对Cr、Ni的影响则最小。随着氯含量的增加,焚烧时重金属的挥发均呈增加的趋势,尤其在高氯含量下,对难挥发重金属的影响较明显。垃圾RDF中水分增加时,重金属的挥发出现减小的趋势,但影响的程度都较小,其中Pb、Zn的挥发随水分含量的增加减小略明显,水分变化对Cu的影响较小,而对Hg、Cd、Ni、Cr几乎没有影响。在垃圾RDF中分别加入5%的CaCO3和CaO后,重金属的挥发特性出现减小的趋势,其中,CaCO3对Pb、Cd、Ni的吸附效果较好。因此,可利用CaCO3和CaO作为吸附剂,达到控制烟气中重金属排放目的。

"Volatilization of heavy metals has decreased when adding 5% of CaCO3 and CaO into RDF, and CaCO3has an excellent adsorption for Pb, Ca and Ni. Therefore, heavy metal emissions in the flue gas can be controlled by using CaCO3 and CaO as adsorbent.
