摘要
城市工业用地置换开发是城市化进程的一部分,很多被置换场地由于工业残留污染物对人体健康存在潜在危害而阻碍了其可持续发展利用。结合国内外相关研究,对城市工业用地置换开发过程健康风险评价方法从数据收集、暴露评估、毒性评估和风险表征4方面进行了探讨。基于城市工业用地置换健康风险评价参数的不确定性,将未确知数学理论引入健康风险评价模式中,构建了未确知性健康风险评价模式,为环境管理者做出相应决策提供科学依据。
It is part of urbanization process to develop the replacement of urban industrial land. Many replaced sites remain industrial pollutants which cause potential harm to human body, which hinders the sustainable development of the urban industrial land. Combining with the relevant researches at home and abroad, the health risk assessment during the replaced process of the urban industrial land is discussed in the following four aspects: data collection, exposure assessment, toxicity assessment, risk characterization. Based on its parameters with uncertainty, the health-based risk assessment model with uncertainty is built through bringing in the unascertained mathematics, which provides a scientific basis for the environmental managers to make the corresponding management decisions.
